With Estelle Keeber - PR and visibility strategist You know your business deserves more visibility.
You know you're good at what you do. You have knowledge, experience and stories worth sharing. And you've probably watched other business owners appear in newspapers, magazines and radio interviews and wondered... how are they doing that?
Maybe you'd love PR for your own business - but:
It doesn't need to.
You don't need a PR agency to start getting seen. You need to understand what journalists are looking for, where your opportunities are and how to put the two together.
That's exactly what we're going to work on during the PR Intensive. This isn't four hours of sitting in a room taking notes while I talk at you. Bring your business. Bring your ideas. Bring all the PR questions you've been too scared to ask. We're going to get to work.
You don't need a huge launch or celebrity customer to get press. I'll help you recognise the stories, opinions, expertise and hooks you already have.
Learn how journalists work, what makes them take notice and why some pitches get opened while others get ignored.
Stop firing emails into the dark. We'll look at how to identify publications and journalists that are genuinely relevant to you, your expertise and your customers.
Learn how to approach journalists and give them what they need - without writing an essay or feeling as though you're begging for coverage.
PR isn't only about getting your company name into an article. We'll look at how you can become someone journalists turn to for expert opinion and commentary.
Instead of trying PR once and giving up, you'll understand how to build it into your marketing consistently so it keeps working for you.
Information without implementation isn't much use. By 3pm, you'll have started creating your own...
A realistic plan based on your business, your expertise and the media opportunities available to you.
WHAT you can talk about. WHO you should be approaching. HOW to approach them. WHAT you're going to do next.
You don't need any previous PR experience. In fact, if you're currently thinking "I wouldn't even know where to start" - you're exactly who I've created this for.
We'll get straight into understanding PR, finding your stories and identifying your opportunities.
Refreshments, networking and a chance to talk through ideas. PR photography appointments take place during this time for delegates who have booked.
We move into pitching, journalist outreach and turning everything you've learned into your three-month PR plan.
Delegates who have booked an afternoon PR photography appointment will stay for their allocated slot between 3pm and 4pm.

I've built businesses and brands through visibility, been featured in major media myself, and now help business owners understand how to find the stories journalists actually want.
My own media experience includes appearances and features across Forbes, BBC Breakfast, ITV News, BBC Radio and Psychologies - alongside regional, national and online media.
But this workshop isn't about my press coverage. It's about showing you that media visibility isn't reserved for huge brands with enormous PR budgets. There are journalists looking for experts, opinions, stories, case studies and businesses doing interesting things. You could already be exactly who they're looking for. You just need to know how to put yourself in front of them.
That's one of the most common things I hear. And usually, the answer is: you're looking for the wrong kind of story.
PR can come from your expertise, experiences, opinions, customer trends, data, industry changes, seasonal hooks, local stories and dozens of other places. Part of our work at this workshop is finding your angles.
Absolutely. The Intensive has specifically been designed to take away the mystery surrounding PR and give you a clear place to start. No experience needed.
No. The strategies work for product businesses, service businesses, consultants, founders and experts alike.
The PR Intensive is about something much more valuable long-term: teaching you how to create PR opportunities for yourself. I'll show you how to find your stories, identify opportunities, find the right journalists and create stronger pitches. Ultimately journalists and editors decide what they publish - attending the Intensive doesn't guarantee coverage, but it gives you everything you need to go and get it.
Both attend exactly the same four-hour PR Intensive. VIP gives you additional implementation support afterwards - the Little Black Book of Journalist Contacts (worth £250), one month of Hot Off The Press, one month in the Visibility Vault and the live VIP implementation session.
Yes, subject to availability. Standard ticket holders will have the opportunity to upgrade to VIP for £50 after purchase.
I'd recommend bringing a laptop or notebook - this is a working session. You'll receive more detailed information including what to bring before the event.

Yes. Leicester Tigers partners with voco Leicester and we'll provide information about the preferential delegate rate after booking.
No - it's completely optional. It's there for delegates who want to leave the experience with professional, media-ready photographs alongside their PR strategy.
You can continue wondering "how do people get themselves in the press?" Or you can spend four hours learning how. Thursday 26 November 2026. Leicester Tigers. Maximum 10 remaining places.
